Elections Canada wants Parliament to approve a new pilot project to improve voting on election day
Canada’s Chief Electoral Officer Marc Mayrand has said Canada’s electoral model is ‘out of sync’ with the times and is proposing a new voting model which is expected to decrease voting irregularities.
