PARLIAMENT HILL—Ottawa NDP MP and leadership candidate Paul Dewar has won endorsements from two of the party’s Quebec MPs, who issued a joint statement Friday addressing a whisper campaign about Mr. Dewar’s sometimes halting performance speaking French.
