A blunt letter from Senate Ethics Officer Jean Fournier has landed on New Democrat Ethics Critic Charlie Angus' desk. In it, Mr. Fournier says the MP is "misinformed" and has a "disappointing lack of knowledge" about the Senate ethics regime.
