Prime Minister shuffles at Environment, Agriculture Canada, Canadian Heritage, names new CFIA president
There is currently a debate happening in the public service about what the role of deputy ministers and other executive level managers should be, as five senior-level public servants are being shuffled to new positions in various departments, while four are retiring, all effective July 11.
