NDP sets up guidelines for hiring new staffers, could turn to Libs and Bloc

PARLIAMENT HILL—The NDP, which went from 36 seats to 102 last Monday, is establishing "guidelines" for its army of more than 66 rookie MPs to follow as they hire an even larger contingent of staffers for their Parliament Hill and constituency offices.
