Unions want to see plan to deal with 80,000 loss of PS workers over next few years
PSAC's John Gordon says you can't allow 80,000 civil servants to leave the workforce without a very heavy cost.
Prime Minister Stephen Harper recently said that 80,000 public servants will retire in the "next few years," helping the government save money and balance the federal budget, but public service experts want to see the plan to deal with the loss of workers.
