MPs say they’re concerned about use of official languages at Service Canada

Service Canada is the main gateway to the federal government for Canadians wanting to apply for Employment Insurance, renew a passport, or find the right form, among other services.

MPs on the House Official Languages Committee made it clear to Service Canada bureaucrats on March 8, that despite some recent improvements, they are still concerned about Canadians' access to federal programs in both official languages.
