Auditor General Sheila Fraser approved the decision her office made to hire Susan Kehoe, a former Conservative party financial officer who has been charged in the Conservative election advertising affair, and was also aware of Ms. Kehoe’s past employment with the party when Ms. Kehoe was hired in March, 2010.
