For years, the Liberals had been collecting contact information of interested supporters. But until recently, they never compiled it into one database that could be accessed anywhere. Now they are. But the Tories are way ahead.
The past four years have been a rough ride for the federal Liberals. During that time, they've had three different leaders and endured two election losses—one of which was the worst in party history.
