It doesn't seem too much to ask, or too little to expect, even from those so consumed by their lust for power that civility is just another tactic and making Parliament work is simply another means to the same end.
OTTAWA—Rumours of peace are circulating among federal politicians who once expected to be going back to war this fall. Feral enemies are murmuring about civility and the new mantra for MPs returning to work is to make Parliament work.
