Good riddance, Ten Percenters
MPs voted last week to stop sending the increasingly vicious and slanderous one-page political flyers, known as Ten Percenters, into unheld ridings across the country. Now it's up to the powerful Commons Board of Internal Economy to make the final decisions. It's the right thing to do.
