What’s the big deal on ridings transfers?
Re: "Harper, Anders and Kenney ridings transfer cash to poor' Ontario ridings," (The Hill Times, March 1, p. 1). Why is this such big news? I helped with phoning those ridings to get our supporters to the polls in those Ontario ridings. I helped in Conservative MP Rob Anders' office.
