Prime Minister Harper should appoint more Senators, get a Tory majority

A little-known clause in our Constitution allows the Prime Minister to unilaterally appoint up to eight Senators in order to override and overrule unelected Senate intransigence, stemming from a newfound majority gained due to this procedure.
