MacKay names Conservative Senator Wallin honorary Air Force colonel

Defence Minister Peter MacKay appointed Saskatchewan Conservative Senator Pamela Wallin as an honorary colonel of the Canadian Air Force on Nov. 16, which was effective Aug. 1, 2009. This was the first appointment through the Air Force Honorary Colonels' Program.
