Cable and broadcasters both need to commit to local television, says NDP MP Angus

Local television is being "held hostage" in the war between cable companies and broadcasters over the fee for carriage issue, and both sides need to start talking about solutions, says NDP MP Charlie Angus, his party's heritage critic.
