Charter of Rights should give protesters right to express views on Parliament Hill
It's odd, when you think about it, how the very place that made the Charter of Rights part of Canada's Constitution seems to ignore its terms.
OTTAWA—The Brad Pitt look-a-like who led the protest chants in the House of Commons last week may well run for the NDP one day. But so what? Everything is political these days, even getting a flu shot, or not.
