Broadcasters target Canadian wallets, says Rogers
Watch out. CTV and Global are again pressuring the CRTC, Canada's broadcast regulator, to let them tax consumers by charging satellite and cable television subscribers a monthly fee to receive programming that has always been delivered to them free.
