With all the MPs away for March break (yes, like when you were in school), O-town was a bit sleepy last week, but that didn't stop the surprisingly fervent Ottawa Centre Liberals from throwing a celebratory St. Patrick's Day get-together at the Fox and the Feather Pub, on Elgin Street.
