Times are tough, but politicians shouldn’t be deliberately making even more dire predictions
Until money starts to flow in infrastructure projects, the big three auto makers, home renovations, employment insurance and a myriad of other stimuli in the new budget, it's hard to see the benefits in continually yelling, 'The sky is falling!'
