Lobbyists to descend on Parliament Hill on budget day
Tory government is expected to table draft environment regulations.
Immediately following Finance Minister Jim Flaherty's budget speech on Jan. 27, lobbyists will be abuzz on Parliament Hill in Room 253-D of Centre Block still lobbying on this week's budget and beginning their campaigns for next year's budget items for 2010-2011.
