Parliamentary budget officer wants more independence, bigger budget

After nine months on the job, Canada's Parliamentary Budget Officer Kevin Page says his office has been handicapped and interfered with and is calling on Parliamentarians to restore his proposed $2.8-millioin budget for 2009-2010.
