If Harper really loves his party, he should resign
Gone is the impression of dogged determination and steady hand at the helm, Prime Minister Harper is no longer the captain of a ship capably navigating in troubled waters.
OTTAWA—Far be it for me to attack another politician for wrapping himself in the Canadian flag. After all, I was the author of a one-year giveaway of our national flag a decade ago, which is still grist for the separatist mill.
