Anti-Harper vote-swapping list growing, Elections Canada rules it legal

Elections Canada ruled recently that vote-swapping in the Oct. 14 election is legal. Since Sept. 17, a Facebook group organizing a vote swap in an attempt to keep the Harper Conservatives out of office on election day grew from about 4,000 members to 8,907 members as of last Thursday.
