Some bills to be revived in 40th Parliament
Queen's University professor Franks says about 80 per cent of bills introduced in House would have been introduced by either party, mostly 'housekeeping' bills.
Of the 35 bills that died on the Order Paper when the writ was dropped on Sept. 7, many were housekeeping bills that could reappear in the 40th Parliament, currently scheduled in the Canada Gazette to return on Nov. 12, say political experts.
