'Star' candidates Grit Marc Garneau and NDP Anne Legacé Dowson to face off in Westmount-Ville-Marie, Que.

Candidates have been campaigning for months in at least three ridings in Quebec and Ontario, but Prime Minister Stephen Harper still has until July 26 to set a byelection date in the Quebec riding of Westmount-Ville-Marie and until the fall to set byelections in the Ontario ridings.
