Conservatives call it "crazy" and "insane," but Liberal Leader Stéphane Dion is being lauded as an "agenda-setter" after unveiling his $15-billion carbon "green shift" tax policy last Thursday morning, and Liberals will now push hard for a fall election on the issue.
