OTTAWA—Tuesday wasn't the best day for the Conservatives on the Hill, however at Conservative MP Jason Kenney's 40th birthday bash the troubles with ex-foreign affairs minister Maxime Bernier and his ex-girlfriend Julie Couillard didn't seem to be dampening the party spirit.
