Parliamentary reporters were locked up at the Government Conference Centre from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in downtown Ottawa last Tuesday awaiting the tabling of Budget 2008, but a miscommunication regarding the lifting of the embargo led some journalists to become disgruntled.
