Regulations, like the road to hell, are paved with good intentions
By acting in the name of public good, Nova Scotia presumed parents are so witless they must not be permitted to drive through a parking lot without being closely monitored by moral vigilantes.
It is agreed: Canadian children would be better off without their parents!
