Government’s tax cuts won’t work with swing voters, says opposition
The Conservative government's strategy of introducing retroactive tax cuts to bring tax savings to Canadian tax filers next spring–at the same time as a possible spring general election–will not be effective because tax cuts no longer work on swing voters, opposition MPs say.
