Government’s mega crime bill flouts Parliament, say critics
The minority governing Conservatives are flouting Parliament by refusing to accept any amendments to the massive new and comprehensive anti-crime bill, considered a confidence matter, claim opposition critics. But the government says it wants the mega-bill moved swiftly through Parliament.
