RE: "Bill C-6 Aeronautics Act puts air safety off limits to public scrutiny," (The Hill Times, May 7, p. 12). Ken Rubin's column on Safety Management Systems contained several errors and misrepresents both the nature and expected outcome of the proposed reforms to Aeronautics Act.
