Time for more open, honest discourse on sealing
It was with great interest that I read the article by Quebec Liberal Senator Céline Hervieux-Payette in The Hill Times on Monday, April 16, "Waging the seal war." Sen. Hervieux-Payette is absolutely correct in pointing out that the seal war launches an urgent, moral debate.
