DND’s Reserve recruiting needs improvement: ombudsman
Recruiting reserve members for the Canadian Armed Forces is done on an ad hoc basis, does not meet the needs of the Forces and must be improved to meet the government's military objectives, says the Department of National Defence's ombudsman.
