Re: "Licensing will solve the schools' copyright challenge,"(The Hill Times, Oct. 3). Has Christopher Moore ever driven past a billboard? Did he look at what was posted there? Would he be upset if he received a bill for doing so? Because that's the offline equivalent to his proposal.
