Former U.S. Ambassador to Canada Paul Cellucci says in a new memoir that he found Bloc Leader Gilles Duceppe to be the "most impressive leader in Canada," so impressed he was with the separatist's grasp of baseball trivia upon their first meeting at an official reception in Ottawa in 2001.
