Attorney General files motion to speed up Chretien’s appeal
The Attorney General of Canada filed a motion with the Federal Court last week to expedite the process in former prime minister Jean Chretien's case to have Justice John Gomery removed from the Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities.
