Attorney General files motion to speed up Chrétien’s appeal
The Attorney General of Canada filed a motion with the Federal Court last week to expedite the process in former prime minister Jean Chrétien's case to have Justice John Gomery removed from the Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities.
