Thirteen Liberal riding associations from Eastern Ontario are holding an unprecedented fundraising reception this week in Ottawa, at $125 a plate and 19 federal Cabinet ministers will be star attractions on Wednesday, Feb. 2 at the Ottawa Congress Centre.
