John O'Reilly, who spent 11 years in federal politics as the Liberal MP for Haliburton-Victoria-Brock, Ont., and was defeated in the last election, says he is writing a book about how he was terrorized "by a paranoid stalker who knows how to shoot" for seven years while he served in Parliament.
