Auditor general has become ‘schizoid’
Canada's Auditor General Office, currently headed by Sheila Fraser, has developed a "schizoid character" that is hindering its ability to "develop a clear and coherent set of opinions and views about public sector reform," argues a top academic who often appears before Parliamentary committees.
