While Hollywood's gossip surrounding the Oscars best and worst-dressed actors has faded into the background, the celebrities, so to speak, of Pollywood (a.k.a. Parliament Hill) dished up the results of The Hill Times' annual Best Dressed/Politically Savvy Survey for 2004.
