Tory brain trust working on election platform
'We want to go to the next election with concrete policies and we want to hold a policy convention'
A team of senior members of the former Alliance and Progressive Conservative parties have hunkered down to produce an election platform, an exercise that will be complete in the "next few weeks," confirmed new Conservative Party House Leader Loyola Hearn.
