Members vote to allow 'life' members continued access to Parliament Hill
The Parliamentary Press Gallery was sent back to the drawing board on Friday when some angry press gallery members defeated a controversial proposal to merge "honorary" and "life" memberships into one category that doesn't convey with it any access to the Hill or perks.
