ULAANBAATAR, MONGOLIA--Representatives from about 120 nations, including 73 Parliamentarians and more than 200 leaders from a range of non-government organizations, recently met in parallel meetings in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, to discuss the prospects and challenges for democracy worldwide.
