What’s it going to be Jack?
TORONTO--NDP Leader Jack Layton has already said his caucus will vote unanimously in favour of the increasingly contentious same-sex marriage legislation. But the question is: will he be able to deliver all the votes from his 14-member caucus in the House of Commons? It doesn't look like it.
