An argument between the Liberals and the Canadian Alliance about their health platforms aroused some interest last week. Prime Minister Jean Chretien and an influential Opposition spokesman, namely Canadian Alliance MP Jason Kenney, tossed around the question of one- tier, two-tier medicare.
