With Bay Street as the last and most important holdout, the makeover of the Reform Party is now complete. The final affirmation will come on Wednesday, Oct. 18 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, where the Canadian Alliance will hold a massive multi-million-dollar fundraiser.
