Millennium Scholarship appointment causes controversy in the House
As Finance Minister Paul Martin commenced tabling the budget in the House of Commons last Tuesday at 4:30 p.m., the Prime Minister's Office announced Yves Landry, CEO of Chrysler Canada, will chair the Canada Millennium Scholarship Foundation.
