Canada should treat environmental crime like organized crime

The strategic case is straightforward. Environmental crime raises emissions, destroys nature, distorts competition and finances organized crime. Supporting a new UNTOC protocol would protect Canadian interests, strengthen global enforcement and expand opportunities for companies proving their products are clean, legal and trusted.
